Qubit Fluorometer screen indicates samples are OUT OF RANGE (too low), sample fluorescence below lowest standard Common causes: 1) Sample concentration below assay detection limit 2) Using broad range (BR) assay for low concentration samples 3) Insufficient sample volume used in assay Solutions: 1) Use larger sample volume (up to 20 µL maximum) 2) Switch from BR assay to HS (High Sensitivity) assay 3) For DNA: switch from Qubit DNA BR to Qubit DNA HS Assay 4) For RNA: switch from Qubit RNA BR to Qubit RNA HS Assay 5) Concentrate sample if possible before measurement
