Microwave assist sample preparation
Use microwave irradiation to rapidly fix and process plant tissue for electron microscopy.

Trim and section embedded samples
Trim the resin-embedded sample and cut ultrathin sections for TEM.

Apply negative staining to sections
Stain the ultrathin sections with a negative stain to enhance contrast of virus particles.

View stained sections under transmission electron microscope and capture images for diagnosis.
